40$any individual living permanetly within the boundaries of Noda, whether a property owner or renter- Membership, Voting Rights
NoDa Property Owner
75$Any individual who owns real estate that is not their primary residence within the bounds of Noda- Membership, Voting Rights
NoDa Sustaining Member
100$any individual living or having real estate interest within the boundaries of NoDa that chooses to b- Membership, Voting Rights
