The organization relies on the efforts of our sponsors, donors, and volunteer staff to keep the neighborhood alive, vibrant, and streaming with tourists.
The NoDa NBA is a federally recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization, so your dollars are tax-deductible.
The NoDa NBA promotes the arts, advocates for greener environments, supports small businesses, encourages diversity, preserves history, and aids fellow charities.
The Business Memberships are ONLY available to businesses located in the bounds of NoDa (see map). If you are a business or non-profit outside of the bounds, we offer the Friends of NoDa sponsorship.
Membership Tiers
The Association voted to update the 2026 Membership Tiers to better align with the initiatives of the NBA.
The Bronze, Silver, and Gold Tiers will automatically be signed up as sponsors for our events (ie NoDa Bizarre, NoDaWeen Freaky 5K)

Memberships are valid for the current calendar year only, from January 1 through December 31, regardless of the date of enrollment. Membership fees are not prorated and will remain the same throughout the year.
