NoDa Resident
25$any individual living permanetly within the boundaries of Noda, whether a property owner or renterValid for 12 months- Membership, Voting Rights
NoDa Property Owner
50$Any individual who owns real estate that is not their primary residence within the bounds of NodaÂ- Membership, Voting Rights
All current voting members must pay annual dues and attend at least three association meetings a year to part of the NoDa NBA and receive voting rights. Please see the options below to choose what best suits you!
